Antoinette Smith, a 27-year-old woman from Clondalkin and mother of two, went missing in the early hours of 12 July 1987 after attending a David Bowie concert at Slane, Co Meath, and later visiting La Mirage Discotheque on Parnell Street, Dublin. She was last seen walking past the Gresham Hotel towards O'Connell Bridge, and her remains were found on Glendoo Mountain, Co Wicklow, on 3 April 1988. Larry Murphy, a 45-year-old convicted rapist, was ruled out as a suspect in 2023. The case remains unsolved, and Gardaí at Bray Garda Station renewed their appeal for information in July 2026, marking 39 years since she was last seen.
