Who covers what
Every outlet's share of the 950 cases we track: how often it was first, how often it was the only one, whether it stayed with a case once it reached court, and how often it named the people accused.

"First to report" counts the cases where the outlet published the earliest article we hold. "Stayed to court" is out of the cases that reached court in anyone's reporting. "Accused named" counts suspects and accused people in the outlet's own articles; Garda press releases rarely name anyone before a charge. These measure what each outlet published and we collected, mostly from feeds and archives, so an outlet whose archive we read further back will look broader.
