  Hannah O'Connor, a 26-year-old woman, was charged with money laundering offences and theft of €49,000 in Social Welfare payments linked to organised crime in Drogheda. She appeared before Drogheda District Court on January 9, 2025, where the DPP directed she be sent to the circuit court for sentencing on a signed guilty plea. She was remanded on continuing bail to appear in February for service of the Book of Evidence. She is the 13th person charged under Operation Stratus, set up in 2018 to target organised criminal activity in County Louth.
