    Gemma Dunican, 24, of Thurles, is accused of driving dangerously at Boveen, Birr, Offaly, on 25 September 2021, causing serious bodily harm to Zeljko Petkovic. She was charged with dangerous driving causing harm to another person. At Tullamore District Court, Sergeant James O'Sullivan told the court the DPP had directed the accused be sent for trial. Judge Patricia Cronin sent Dunican to appear at Tullamore Circuit Court on 19 July 2022.
