  Wojciech Prystupa, a 49-year-old man, has been charged with possessing cannabis for the purpose of selling or otherwise supplying it to another, and with possession of a controlled drug, over an incident dated 30 March 2021 at Letterkenny Shopping Centre car park in Letterkenny, County Donegal. He signed a guilty plea in the District Court, and on 19 May 2026 he affirmed that plea at Letterkenny Circuit Court before Judge John Aylmer, who noted his very early plea. The defence asked for an assessment of his suitability for community service instead of a full probation report, the judge consented, and the matter was adjourned to July with no sentence reported.
