    Victor Mamaliga, a man in his early 20s (one report gives his age as 23), died following a suspected stabbing after a disturbance at Curragh Hall Crescent in Tyrrelstown, Dublin 15, at about 10.30pm on Saturday 1 November 2025. Gardaí said those involved had dispersed when they arrived, and he was pronounced dead at Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown after arriving there with serious injuries. A man in his 20s was arrested and detained under Section 30 of the Offences against the State Act, 1939, and was released without charge on Monday 3 November 2025, with investigations ongoing.
