Three men, Victor Grosu (23), Ion Pintea (21) and Sorin Pintea (21), are accused of a theft spree in Kildare Village, with items worth around €1,822 allegedly stolen. Garda Sgt Brian Jacob said the thefts were done professionally, with security tags clipped off using tools. The case was heard at Naas District Court on 10 December 2021, where Judge Zaidan informed the defendants they could face ten years in prison each. Bail was continued for all three men until 28 April 2022, with a book of evidence and CCTV footage expected at the next hearing.
