    TJ Hendrick, a 31-year-old man from Ferrybank, Kilkenny, was found in possession of almost €19,000 worth of cocaine and cannabis for sale or supply when gardaí executed a search warrant at his home on 8 September 2021. He also faced a money laundering charge relating to €1,000 in drug proceeds lodged into his account. Hendrick pleaded guilty to an offence under section 15(a) of the Misuse of Drugs Act and to the money laundering charge. On 28 March 2023, Judge Elva Duffy at Kilkenny Circuit Court sentenced him to two years in prison with the final six months suspended on condition of engaging with Probation Services for one year post release.
