  Terence Steele, a 49-year-old man with an address at Ashlea, Killea, County Donegal, has been charged with knowingly having child pornography in his possession. The alleged offence occurred at his home address on May 18, 2022, and involved three unique images and 10 unique video files. At Letterkenny District Court, Sergeant Jim Collins said the Director of Public Prosecutions had directed that the case be sent forward to the Circuit Court, and legal aid was granted to Steele's solicitor, Mr Kieran O'Gorman. The latest development is that Judge Ciaran Liddy adjourned the case until November 6 for service of a book of evidence, which is due later this year.
