  Susan Orr, a 46-year-old woman from Letterkenny, has been charged with two counts of possessing cocaine for the purposes of selling or supplying it, offences alleged to have taken place at Glencar Shopping Centre car park from 30 December 2024. The charges are under section 15 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1977. At Letterkenny District Court, a signed plea of guilty was entered and the DPP consented to Orr being sent forward to the circuit court. The latest development is that she is to be sentenced in Letterkenny Circuit Court, and no sentence has been reported.

  Gardaí attached to Letterkenny searched four properties across Donegal on 6 December 2022 as part of Operation Tara and arrested six people, three men and three women aged from late teens to early 40s. Five of the arrested, including 18-year-old David Orr and 28-year-old woman Priscilla Connors of Ballymacool Wood, Letterkenny, were charged under the Misuse of Drugs Act with possession of cocaine and ecstasy for sale or supply. All five were granted bail at Letterkenny District Court on 7 December 2022. Connors later appeared at Letterkenny Circuit Court in May 2026, where she pleaded guilty to the cocaine charge and the case was adjourned to the October sitting.

  Susan Orr, a 42-year-old woman from Ballymacool Wood, Letterkenny, was charged with possession of €2,000 worth of cocaine and possession with intent to sell or supply. She appeared at Letterkenny District Court on 4 April 2022, where Garda Halligan served a book of evidence at 10.40am. The DPP consented for her to be sent to the next sitting of Letterkenny Circuit Court, which commences on 10 May 2022. Judge Alan Mitchell administered an alibi warning and a section 56 order was made relating to videotapes of interviews. No bail conditions were sought by Gardaí.
