Conor McKinney, a man in his 20s, was bitten on the leg by a Rottweiler while jogging on the Quigley's Point Greenway between Muff and Quigley's Point in Inishowen, Donegal, on the morning of Sunday 16 June 2024. The dog, owned by 47-year-old Ukrainian woman Suitlana Paschchenko, broke free from its lead and bit the man several times.
