Patrick Caffrey, 55, a man, sexually assaulted four of his nieces by marriage, Linda McDonagh (48), Fiona Odumosu (42), Siobhan Odumosu (39) and Grace Odumosu (33), between December 1991 and December 2003 at his home in Harold's Cross, Dublin. The youngest victim disclosed the abuse to her family at Christmas 2016, Caffrey was arrested in November 2017 and charged in 2018, and he pleaded guilty to 22 counts of sexual assault on 8 June 2021. Judge Pauline Codd sentenced him to an operating term of three years at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court in November 2021. In July 2026, the High Court before Mr Justice Paul Coffey awarded Grace Odumosu €232,360 in damages for the childhood sexual assault.
