    Sarah Stitt, 33, a woman from Letterkenny, was charged with possession of cannabis worth €20 at Tullyearl Roundabout, Donegal Town, on 14 November 2020. She failed to appear at Donegal District Court on two occasions, and Judge Raymond Finnegan offered to apply the Probation of Offenders Act if she made a €200 donation to White Oaks rehabilitation centre. The donation was not made despite a second adjournment. Judge Sandra Murphy convicted Stitt and fined her €250.
