  Rishabh Mahajan, a 30-year-old Indian national (one report gives his age as 31), was arrested in early November 2024 over a series of indecent exposure and sexual offences against three women in Dublin city between October and November 2024. He pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to four counts of offensive conduct of a sexual nature and to a sexual assault, and his sentence was adjourned to 19 May. A four-month jail term and placement on the sex offenders register were later reported on 3 June 2026, and a deportation process is to be started against him.

  Rishabh Mahajan (29), from India and a student, was charged with three counts of exposing himself to cause fear, distress or alarm to a woman outside her workplace on Dublin's north side. The alleged incidents took place on three dates over two weeks in October and November 2024, between 1 and 4am, and were captured on CCTV. At Dublin District Court, Judge Treasa Kelly granted him bail with conditions, and the DPP said the case must go to the Circuit Court unless he pleads guilty. The most recent development is that bail was granted, and his defence says he maintains his innocence.
