  Richard Hanlon of Riverview Apartments, Westmeath, was accused of threatening and abusive words and behaviour while intoxicated, calling gardaí offensive names and calling apartment residents offensive names and paedophiles. He appeared by appointment at Tullamore District Court the week before the April 18, 2024 report, and his solicitor said he had taken himself in hand and attended Cuan Mhuire.
