On the evening of 7 November 2021 in Letterkenny, Co Donegal, Prince Nlemoah, a 25-year-old man, tried to intervene when the driver of the car he was a passenger in was being arrested, and he pushed a garda off and resisted arrest. He was charged with two offences under the Criminal Justice (Public Order) Act, 1994, and brought before Letterkenny District Court, where a separate breach of the peace charge was dismissed. He was convicted of resisting or wilfully obstructing a peace officer and fined €250, with six months to pay, as reported on 20 April 2024.

Cocaine and cannabis worth at least €13,000 were found at the home of 23-year-old Prince Nlemoah at Burnside Apartments, Lower Main Street, Letterkenny, on 16 August 2022. Nlemoah, a man, was lifted following a series of raids on drug-related activity and charged with possession of drugs for sale or supply and a money laundering offence relating to €350 in cash. He appeared before Letterkenny District Court in August 2022, where bail was granted, and again in July 2023. The case was sent forward for prosecution on indictment and adjourned to October for preparation of a book of evidence.
