    Philip Mitchell, a 32-year-old man with a Glasgow address, was found guilty of being drunk in charge of a vehicle on 24 October 2021. Garda Michael Carroll found him in his Peugeot in the car park at the back of the Dodge night club on Strand Road, Ardnagappary, Derrybeg, Donegal, with the engine running and his seat belt on, and he gave a breath alcohol reading of 60 mcgs per ml. He was arrested and brought to Milford Garda Station. At Dungloe District Court in March 2022, Judge Alan Mitchell fined him €250 and banned him from driving for two years, with the ban postponed until September 1.
