Cassie O'Donnell, 23, of Lisroughty, Aughawillan, pleaded guilty at Carrick District Court to assaulting Sheila Brady causing her harm and assaulting bus driver David Abbott during the Ballinamore Festival on 17 August 2019, and to causing criminal damage to the house of Geraldine McDonagh and the car of Pauline Moran in Ballinamore in February 2021. The court heard O'Donnell was drunk and punched Brady three times, leaving her with a bleeding nose, a week-long headache, and a slight permanent scar on the side of her face.
