  Patrick Mongan, a 37-year-old man from Cashel Park, Letterkenny, has been charged with theft and fraud offences in Letterkenny, Co Donegal, over incidents dated between 7 August and 17 September 2024. The charges allege that he obtained food deliveries from Mumbai Spice and Spicy Food Guru without paying and stole groceries and clothing worth €250 from Mr Price and H&M. He was brought before Falcarragh District Court, granted bail on condition that he sign on at Letterkenny Garda Station every Wednesday, and barred from the four businesses named and from interfering with witnesses. The latest development is that the case was adjourned to 18 November 2024 to link with other matters.
