    Patrick Imiolcyzk, a 24-year-old man from Maynooth, was found with MDMA at Pound Lane, Maynooth, on 24 April 2021. He was subsequently found with around €3,500 worth of suspected cannabis at Manor Mills Shopping Centre, Maynooth, on 4 June 2021, believed to be for the purpose of sale and supply. At Naas District Court on 7 July 2022, Judge Cephas Power refused jurisdiction and adjourned the case to 28 July to seek DPP consent.
