  Patrick Cullen, 42, of Tullamore, is accused of possessing €10 worth of cannabis at his address on July 15 and of entering Leigheas Medical Centre, Arden Road, Tullamore, as a trespasser on July 26, where a glass panel was allegedly smashed and the premises ransacked. He appeared before Judge Andrew Gubbins at Tullamore District Court, where the DPP directed the matter could be disposed of summarily. Defence counsel John O'Dwyer said a hearing would be required. Judge Gubbins remanded Cullen on continuing bail to a hearing on December 7.

  Gardaí attended the Norbury Woods, Tullamore, home of Patrick Cullen, a man whose age is not given, on 5 November 2025 to carry out a drugs search in County Offaly. Mr Cullen was charged under the Misuse of Drugs Act with impeding or obstructing gardaí and pleaded not guilty, and a garda told Tullamore District Court he believed drugs had been flushed down the toilet, while the defence said Mr Cullen had not obstructed gardaí. The court heard that no drugs were found at the house and that Mr Cullen had 54 previous convictions, and the judge convicted him. On 24 March 2026 it was reported that he had been given a two-month sentence suspended for two years, with recognisances fixed for an appeal.
