    Badri Jangavadze, a 25-year-old Georgian man from Russellstown, Carlow, admitted assaulting Olkeksandr Olshevskyi on Church Street, Tullamore, on October 20, 2024. A garda witness said he saw the accused standing on the injured man and punching him in the head. A guilty plea was entered to the charge of assault causing harm. Judge Andrew Cody ordered the accused to pay €2,500 by December 11 for the charge to be struck out.
