  Oksana Borovtsova, 49, of Bundoran, Co Donegal, is alleged to have claimed social welfare benefits by signing another person's name between 9 November 2024 and 11 February 2025. She is charged with 19 offences totalling €5,156: nine counts of stealing cash from the Department of Social Protection at Bundoran Post Office, nine counts of signing a Department document in another person's name, and one count of signing a Jobseekers Allowance certification record at the Ballyshannon social protection office on 11 February 2025. On 3 October 2025 she appeared before Ballyshannon District Court, where the DPP directed prosecution on indictment and she was sent forward to the circuit court. The matter was adjourned to 16 January for preparation of the book of evidence.
