  On 11 August 2025, Ocsana Levytykyis (46) and Dmytro Levytskyi (42), both non-Irish, were accused of assaulting and obstructing gardaí at Callery Street, Tullamore, Offaly. Levytykyis was accused of assaulting a male garda and assaulting and obstructing a female garda, while Levytskyi was accused of obstructing and assaulting a garda. The cases were heard at Tullamore District Court before Judge Andrew Cody, where a probation report had been prepared for Levytykyis and more time was sought for a report on Levytskyi.
