Brian Grendon, 48, of Clondalkin, Dublin 22, Noel Smyth, 63, of Kilanerin, Gorey, Co Wexford, and Paul Kelly, 55, of Ballyfermot, Dublin 10, are accused of directing and contributing to a criminal organisation, importing and possessing cocaine, and money laundering at Rosslare Europort, Co Wexford, between August and September 2024. The three were sent forward from the District Court in May 2026. On June 22, 2026, Judge Caroline Biggs, sitting with Judges Sarah Berkeley and Fiona Lydon, ordered the three to be tried before the Special Criminal Court following an ex parte application by the State.
