Ned O'Donoghue, 27, of Ennis, was charged with assault causing harm and violent disorder following an incident at the Spancilhill Horse Fair on June 23, 2023. The victim, Ned Doherty, a father of four, told the court that three members of the O'Donoghue family assaulted him with bars at a burger van.
