Moudar Friha, a 23-year-old Syrian-born man from Caherdavin, Limerick, is accused of stabbing another man, whose identity is protected by reporting restrictions, in Caherdavin Park, Limerick, on Friday 14 February 2025. Gardaí allege he called to the man's home around 8pm, asked him for a cigarette and a walk, and then stabbed him repeatedly at the park.
