latest first- Mo Chara to hear if terror charge is thrown out in London Terror
Mo Chara, real name Liam Óg Ó hAnnaidh, a member of the band Kneecap, is charged with a terror offence for displaying a flag in support of Hezbollah at a gig at the O2 Forum in Kentish Town, north London, in November 2024. His legal team argue the case should be thrown out over a technical error in how it was brought. The hearing at Westminster Magistrates Court was moved due to flooding, and a Section 14 order was issued against supporters of the group. He is due to find out whether the charge will be thrown out.
