The daughters of the late horse trainer John Richard Cox, who died aged 81 in January 2006, claim their mother Sally Cox exerted undue influence over a March 2005 joint ownership deed transferring their €30 million Lisnawilly, Dundalk, Co. Louth estate to her. The case first came before the High Court in 2018, was settled but re-entered over implementation problems, and resumed in April 2022. Sally Cox, in her 50s at the time of the transfer, denied fraud and undue influence. Judge Denis McDonald reserved judgment to be delivered in October 2022.
