    Martin Jude Wall, a 47-year-old Irish man, pleaded guilty in February 2012 in Georgia to attempting to entice a child for indecent purposes after sending messages and a nude photo to what he believed was a 13-year-old girl, whose online profile was actually constructed by detectives in Savannah. Wall absconded from US jurisdiction in 2014 after becoming homeless due to registered sex offender restrictions, and was arrested in Ireland in December 2020 by GNBCI Gardaí. The High Court ordered his extradition to the US in October 2021, and the Court of Appeal heard his appeal in April 2022, reserving judgment.
