Four Croatian men, Marco Bajzec (41), Zvonimir Prkacin (40), Luis Buic (38) and Tomislav Zajec (39), were arrested at Dublin Airport on 22 January 2025 after disruptive behaviour on a Ryanair flight due to depart for London delayed take-off. The football supporters, who had hoped to watch the Dinamo Zagreb versus Arsenal Champions League match, were charged with offensive behaviour on the aircraft under the Air Navigation and Transport Act. They appeared at Dublin District Court the same day, were granted bail of €200 each with a sobriety condition, and the case was adjourned. At a non-jury hearing on 13 June 2025, the trial collapsed after the defence raised a disclosure issue over a prosecution witness's statement, and Judge Susan Fay struck out the case, allowing the four men to walk free.
