In October 2026 she appeared at Tullamore District Court after being charged with stealing groceries worth €600 in Nenagh, prompting Gardaí to re-enter her suspended sentences.   Lorraine Harty (21), a woman with an address at 19 High Street, Birr, County Offaly, pleaded guilty at Tullamore District Court to stealing bedsheets worth €150 from Fayle's Hardware Store on Main Street, Birr, on 31 October 2024, and two large bottles of vodka from Loughnane's Centra on the Tullamore Road, Birr, on 31 December 2024 and 3 February 2025. The case was heard before Judge Andrew Cody, and a report published on 24 September 2025 said the hearing took place the previous week. She was sentenced to a total of 12 months' imprisonment, made up of three months for the alcohol thefts and nine months consecutively for the bedsheets, with the sentence suspended for two years on her own bond of €100. She was also ordered to complete 80 hours of community service and to engage with probation services for 12 months, and a report published on 26 September 2025 confirmed this sentence.
