latest first- High Court hears suspected arson and public order charges in Coolock Arson (suspected); public order offences · Co. Dublin
Five fires broke out at the former Crown Paints factory in Coolock, Dublin, over six days, with unlit petrol bombs suspected to have been delivered by drone. More than 20 people were charged with public order offences, and the High Court heard that the incendiary devices appeared to be dropped where unknown individuals could collect them. The judge allowed injunctions to be served on persons unknown and four individual defendants, including Sean Rush, Kevin Coyle and Leon Bradley, and those charged were granted bail on condition they stay away from the factory. The case is due back in court the following week.
