  A 44-year-old woman was found with a pink folding knife after her suspicious behaviour drew gardaí's attention on Castletown Road, Dundalk, on 12 September 2020. The knife was recovered from her handbag during a drugs search. Jurgita Grigaliunaite, of Castleross, Dundalk, was charged with possessing a knife with a sharply pointed blade. She failed to attend Dundalk District Court, and a bench warrant was issued in October 2021. She told the court she needed the knife for protection as she had to go to court in Dublin.
