  David Daly, 18, of Forthouse, B&B, Kilbeggan, is charged with falsely imprisoning David Feeney and Joshua Feeney, threatening to kill David Feeney, taking a vehicle without consent, and handling stolen property. The offences are alleged to have occurred on 16 January 2023 at Cloncreen Clonbullogue and between February 1 and 23, 2022 at 16 Beechmount Park, Mucklagh. He appeared at Tullamore District Court in July 2023 and was sent forward for trial to the next sitting of Tullamore Circuit Court on 5 December 2023. No bail application was made and Daly was remanded in custody.
