Josh Cullen, a 22-year-old man, faced seven charges over a series of trespass, criminal damage and public order incidents in Donegal between September and October 2025. The court heard he entered restricted areas of Letterkenny Garda Station, including the custody suite by keypad code on 20 September 2025, and was found in the engineering department at Atlantic Technological University (ATU) on 26 October 2025, where he said he was a cleaner. He had been in custody at Castlerea Prison since the end of October 2025 on these charges. He was sentenced to prison, as reported by DonegalLive on 21 and 23 December 2025.
