Jordan Maguire, 25, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty on 1 November 2022 to assault causing harm to a man on Bedford Row, Temple Bar, Dublin, and to producing a can of cider during the assault. CCTV footage showed him punching, kicking and stomping on the man, and he was on bail and sleeping rough at the time. The incident date is not given in the sources. Jordan Maguire (24), of no fixed abode, was arrested in February 2023 after gardaí identified him from CCTV footage, making him the only person identified. Maguire pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to assault causing harm, and the court accepted he was not responsible for the most serious head and facial injuries.
