Jordan Colsh, a 23-year-old man from Ballydavis, Laois, was found in possession of cannabis, cocaine, weighing scales, deal bags, a cannabis plant and benzocaine at 68 Bianconi Way on 17 September 2021. He was also charged with no insurance, no driving licence and possession of cannabis after a small quantity of cannabis was found in his vehicle at Portarlington on 10 June 2022. He pleaded guilty to the drugs offences at Portlaoise District Court. Judge Andrew Cody imposed three concurrent six-month prison sentences, noting the large quantities involved and his previous convictions. The drugs were valued at €3,400 and €1,610 in cash was also found at the property.
