Jonathan Stewart, 49, of Portnablagh, Donegal, is accused of driving a car at his neighbour Kyle Hartle on 24 June 2024, putting his life at risk. Stewart appeared before Falcarragh District Court in September 2024, was remanded on bail of €200 nil cash, and the DPP directed the matter to trial on indictment.
