  Jonathan Glenn, a 43-year-old man with an address at Beltany, Raphoe, is charged over alleged incidents from 2017 and 2018, including the seizure of a silver Ford Mondeo and an assault on its owner at Lidl, Port Road, Letterkenny on January 14, 2018, and damage to a Garda patrol car at Stralongford, Drumkeen. He was arrested on May 1, 2026 on a public order matter and taken to Ballyshannon Garda Station, where bench warrants were identified. The Director of Public Prosecutions directed that the matter proceed by trial on indictment to the Circuit Court, and gardaí objected to bail at Letterkenny District Court. Glenn was refused bail and remanded in custody to appear at a future sitting of Letterkenny District Court via video link.
