    John Saul, 37, also known as John Keegan, of Slievenamon Road, Drimnagh, was stopped while delivering a bag of heroin on 8 November 2020 and produced the drugs from his underwear to gardaí. The heroin was valued at €3,402 and he was to be paid €200 for the delivery. He pleaded guilty to possession of heroin for sale or supply at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court. Judge Melanie Greally sentenced him to 18 months' imprisonment, suspended in its entirety, citing pandemic-related financial pressures and his stability since his last conviction in 2010.
