A 24-year-old motorcyclist, Jason Crean from Ogham Rian in Tralee, was killed in a collision involving a car and a motorcycle at Killally in Castleisland on the N21 in County Kerry at approximately 8pm on Sunday, 21 January 2023. He was pronounced dead at the scene and no other injuries to persons were reported. Forensic Collision Investigators conducted an examination of the scene, and Gardaí are looking to speak with motorists believed to have been travelling along the route at the time. On 22 February 2023, Gardaí renewed their appeal for witnesses, asking road users with camera footage from the N21 near Killally between 7:30pm and 8:15pm to come forward.
