  Isaac Horgan, a 52-year-old man, was stabbed in the leg at his studio flat in Markievicz House, Townsend Street, Dublin 2, on 29 March 2021, hitting an artery and causing him to bleed to death. Noel Lennon, a 49-year-old man, was charged with murder and later pleaded guilty to manslaughter, while Lisa Lee, a 41-year-old woman, was charged with impeding his apprehension. Lee's trial for impeding apprehension opened at the Central Criminal Court in December 2022 before Mr Justice Tony Hunt. In January 2023, Lennon's manslaughter plea was noted and sentencing was deferred pending a psychiatric report, and Lee was granted bail with strict conditions.
