    On 21 March 2022, a man driving a grey Jaguar got into a verbal altercation with a van driver at Ardaloo, Jenkinstown, Kilkenny, after the Jaguar driver indicated for the van to stop. The van driver said he was spat at and pushed, causing him to fall backwards over the link between the van and trailer and sustain a small cut to his ear. Ilie Busa pleaded guilty to a charge of assault causing harm before Judge Geraldine Carthy at Kilkenny court. On 3 April 2023, the judge imposed a conviction and a fine of €500.
