Ian Rawson (39), a man from Raheen, County Limerick, faces a case for possession of cannabis. At Limerick District Court, Judge Patricia Harney reviewed his meetings with the probation service after the charge and said she was concerned about his attitude to the drug and that he does not seem to understand that cannabis use is illegal.
