  A man, Grance Kindji, was charged with possessing drugs for personal use and for sale and supply to others at Parksgrove, Ballyragget, on 10 November 2023, and with dangerous driving on the Freshford Road the same day. At the time of his arrest he had an address at Ard Dara, Ferrybank, Co Kilkenny. His case was adjourned at Kilkenny District Court, where he did not appear and Sergeant Morgan O'Connor said he believed the defendant had left the jurisdiction. The latest development, reported on 22 October 2024, is that Judge Cephas Power issued a bench warrant for his arrest.
