Gasper Rojc, a 33-year-old Slovenian man, was driving a hired car at Altan, Dunlewey, Co Donegal, on 17 February 2026 when he attempted to overtake another car. After overtaking, he failed to return to the correct side of the road, went around a blind bend and caused a head-on collision with another vehicle.
