    Gary Boylan, 50, of The Hill, Banagher, posted a Facebook message between March 11 and 16, 2023, calling his ex-wife and Catherina Clarke insulting names. The message was intended for his ex-wife, but she forwarded it to Ms Clarke, who then complained to gardaí. Boylan was charged with sending an offensive message and pleaded guilty at the May 15, 2024 sitting of Tullamore Court. The case was adjourned to June 12 for a Victim Impact Statement.
