  Francis Kelly, a 38-year-old man with an address in Bundoran, faces a charge of theft of property from Aldi on Carnmore Road, Dungloe, alleged to have taken place on 29 December 2023, with goods valued at €9.76 in total. Kelly failed to attend Dungloe District Court on 9 December 2025 and a bench warrant was issued. He was brought before Ballyshannon District Court on 19 December 2025 after the warrant was executed and was remanded to appear at Dungloe District Court on 13 January 2026.   Francis Kelly, a 37-year-old man, took a taxi from Sligo to Muff on January 3, 2019, and left without paying the €150 fare. He was later seen highly intoxicated and abusive to female staff in a licensed premises in Letterkenny. Gardaí responded to calls about him at the Central Library on November 29, 2023, and found him asleep outside Sister Saras on December 22, 2023. Kelly, who has 122 previous convictions, appeared before Letterkenny District Court on the taxi fare and public order charges, with Frances Reynolds named as the victim. The case was adjourned to May 12, 2025, with a probation and welfare report directed.
