  On 28 and 29 March 2024, a man in his 80s was allegedly assaulted and robbed in Newbridge and Naas, Kildare, by two women, one of whom is Florentina Baeram, a 31-year-old woman of no fixed abode. In the Naas incident, it was alleged that one woman kissed the man, offered him sex, and took him to a bedroom where his clothes were removed and €110 was stolen, while in Newbridge he was knocked to the ground and €450 was taken. Baeram appeared in Naas District Court on 23 May 2024, where the case was adjourned to 27 June, with the second woman still unidentified. On 27 June 2024, Baeram failed to appear and Judge Desmond Zaidan issued a bench warrant for her arrest.
